Brought in to design and install this modular system, the owners of this apartment building sought to meet city requirements aimed at controlling stormwater runoff and retention. Lucky apartment dwellers get the added benefit of overlooking green spaces that would otherwise be a drab sea of grey.
The combination of providing a rainwater buffer + cleaning up the city air + increasing urban biodiversity + increased feelings of well being for residents is a what we consider a win.
