This green roof incorporates native plants such as Lilium michiganense, Liatris aspera, Echinacea purpurea, and Asclepias incarnata, among others. The carefully selected plant palette promotes biodiversity, reduces stormwater runoff, and supports local pollinators. As a green infrastructure project, this roof not only enhances the building's energy efficiency but also contributes to a healthier urban environment.
